What a Discord signal copier does
Signal servers post trades as text: a direction, a symbol, an entry, a stop, a target. Reading those messages and typing the orders by hand is slow, error-prone, and impossible to sustain across several servers.
A Discord signal copier watches the servers for you, reads each new message as structured data, and places the corresponding order in your trading terminal. AutoSignalCopier does this with one deliberate difference from most products in the category: the copier is not a cloud bot that sits between you, Discord, and your broker.
Most tools in this category forward your servers to someone else's service and execute from there. Running the copier where your terminal runs removes that hop: the Discord connection, the parsing, and the routing all live in the desktop app on your own machine, and every step stays inspectable there.
How to connect a Discord server
There are two ways to connect, and the app explains both routes and their trade-offs before you connect. The recommended method is a bot token: it works on servers you control, keeps your personal Discord account entirely out of the automation, and can be revoked or regenerated from the server settings at any time. If a server allows bots, use a bot.
The alternative is your own account token, for servers where a bot is not an option. Be clear-eyed about this route: automating a user account can break Discord's Terms of Service and risks the account being suspended. It is not safe or approved, it is a fallback for servers that leave you no other choice, and you should prefer a bot wherever the server allows one.
Whichever route you take, you then pick the servers and channels that carry your signals. Only new text messages from those channels are read. History, images, and captions are never imported.

From Discord message to MT5 order
Each new message is parsed against deterministic rules into an order: side, symbol, entry, stop-loss, and take-profit. Duplicates are deduplicated, edited messages are handled predictably, and a freshness window stops stale signals from executing long after they were posted. A message that does not fully match the expected shape is held for review instead of being guessed at.
The routing gate decides what executes. It starts closed, and you open it by typing an explicit confirmation. Signals received before that stay review-only forever. When the gate is open, orders still pass symbol mapping, stop-validity checks, and terminal checks before anything is sent to MetaTrader 5 or 4 over the loopback connection.

Who it is for
Traders who follow signal servers on Discord and want execution to stop being a manual copy-paste exercise. If you trade MetaTrader accounts on Windows and you want to see exactly why each order did or did not go through, this fits. Start on a demo account anyway: run the whole pipeline until you trust the parse, the mapping, and your broker's behavior.
If you are looking for an anonymous bot that executes from someone else's servers, if you need macOS or Linux, or if your problem is mirroring one of your own MetaTrader accounts into another, the current build does not do that. That last case is a trade copier problem, not a signal copier one, and this site will not pretend otherwise.

Questions worth asking
Can it read private Discord servers?
Only where the app can see them. The bot route works on servers whose admin has invited your bot: you cannot add a bot to a server you only joined. For those servers the app offers the own-account token instead, which Discord's terms of service prohibit. That route is opt-in, warned about in the app, and accounts have been terminated for it. Either way, only the channels you select are watched, and only new text messages are read.
What permissions does the bot need?
The bot needs the Guilds, Guild Messages, Direct Messages and Message Content gateway intents. Message Content is privileged: enable it for your application in the Discord Developer Portal, or messages arrive empty and the app reports the refused intent.
What happens with edited or deleted messages?
Messages are deduplicated so the same signal is not handled twice, and edited messages are handled deterministically rather than treated as fresh orders. The app acts on new and edited messages only and ignores deletions: deleting a signal after it was parsed withdraws nothing, and an order already sent stays open. Close it in MetaTrader if needed.
Can it watch several channels or servers at once?
Yes. You select the servers and channels that carry your signals, and every new text message from any of them is parsed against the same rules and routed through the same gate.
Does a Discord signal go through the same pipeline as a Telegram one?
Yes. Once parsed, a Discord signal passes the same checks: the fail-closed routing gate with its typed confirmation, per-rule symbol mapping, fixed volume, stop-validity and terminal checks, and loopback delivery to MetaTrader 5 or 4 with an audit trail.
