One mailbox, read by the people who build the software. Billing, activation, password resets, and cancellations all come through here because none of them are self-service yet.
Activate a plan
Your trial runs for 14 days on Pro and needs no payment method. When you are ready to continue, choose a plan and email us — we will send the invoice details and activate your licence once it is settled.
- Pick Standard ($29/mo), Pro ($49/mo), or Elite ($79/mo) on the pricing page
- Email us with the plan name and the email address on your AutoSignalCopier account
- We reply with invoice details for the first month
- We activate the plan and confirm when it is done
Billing, cancellation and refunds
There is no stored payment method and no automatic renewal — nothing recurs unless you agree to another invoice. You can cancel at any time by email, and your licence runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund the current period, but no further period is billed.
If you were charged in error, or you believe a charge is wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
Password resets and account changes
Password reset is support-assisted — there is no reset link on the login screen yet. Email us from the address on your account and we will reset it for you. The same applies to deleting your account or removing synced data.
Something is not working
Check the FAQ and the features page first — the safety gates are designed to hold orders back, and the usual cause of a quiet signal is that it arrived before routing was enabled.
If it is a genuine fault, include these in your email so we can find it quickly:
- Your AutoSignalCopier account email and paired device name
- The app version from the About screen
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- The broker response code from the activity log, if an order was rejected
Before you buy anything
Run the free trial against a demo account first. The full pipeline — sources, parsing, mapping, connector, and the routing gate — is included, so you can find out whether it fits your broker before you pay.
