Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or running AutoSignalCopier, or by creating an account through this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

Software licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the desktop application on the devices your plan allows, for as long as your subscription is active. The plans differ in how many devices you may pair.

The application is updated by installing a newer build; it does not update itself. The current Windows installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run. Build hashes are published alongside each installer so you can verify what you ran.

Your responsibility for trading

You are solely responsible for the accounts you connect, the signal sources you select, the routing settings you configure, and every order that results. You must comply with your broker's rules, including rules about algorithmic trading and Expert Advisors.

Accounts and licensing

An account grants you the right to use the software in accordance with the plan you select. Free trials are time-limited to 14 days from account creation, after which routing and configuration updates stop until a paid plan is activated. You must not share, resell, or circumvent licensing for the software.

Billing, renewal and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars at the prices shown on the pricing page, and are activated by us on receipt of an invoice rather than through a self-serve checkout. By choosing a plan you agree to pay the amount invoiced for it.

There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method, so nothing recurs without you agreeing to another invoice. You can cancel at any time by contacting support; your licence runs to the end of the period already invoiced. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, but no further period is billed.

Prices and plan limits may change. If a plan you are on changes in a way that affects you, we will tell you before your next invoice.

Company and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The software and this site are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software, including trading losses, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
