Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or running AutoSignalCopier, or by creating an account through this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

Software licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the desktop application on the devices your plan allows, for as long as your subscription is active. The plans differ in how many devices you may pair.

The application is updated by installing a newer build; it does not update itself. The current Windows installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run. Build hashes are published alongside each installer so you can verify what you ran.

Your responsibility for trading

You are solely responsible for the accounts you connect, the signal sources you select, the routing settings you configure, and every order that results. You must comply with your broker's rules, including rules about algorithmic trading and Expert Advisors.

Accounts and licensing

An account grants you the right to use the software in accordance with the plan you select. A free trial is available on the quarterly and yearly plans only, runs for 7 days from account creation, and requires no payment method; the monthly plan has no trial. When a trial ends, routing and configuration updates stop until a plan is paid for. You must not share, resell, or circumvent licensing for the software.

Who you are paying

We are the seller. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Only one provider is active for new purchases at a time, and a subscription is billed by whichever provider processed it. Tax is calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. Receipts and invoices are emailed by Stripe on our behalf. Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are held by it; they are not seen or stored by us.

Because Stripe, our payment processor handles the payment, its own buyer terms apply to the payment itself. These terms govern your use of the software. Billing questions can go to our support address; anything about the software should come to us.

Billing, renewal and refunds

Paid plans are billed in US dollars at the prices shown on the pricing page, for a period you choose of one month, three months, or twelve months. The amount depends on how many MetaTrader accounts you route orders to: the base price covers one, and each additional account adds a fixed amount for the same period. A demo account counts the same as a live one. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and the payment method you used is charged again at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You agree to this when you complete checkout, and Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment on our behalf. You can cancel at any time and without contacting anyone, from the billing portal linked in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, which runs to its end date.

If a renewal payment fails, your licence stays fully working for a short grace period while the payment is retried, rather than cutting off mid-period. If it is still unpaid after that, routing and configuration updates stop.

You can ask for a refund of the unused part of the period you have already paid for, at any point during that period, and on any plan, monthly included. The unused part is the share of the period still ahead of you when you ask; from it we deduct the processing fee our payment processor charged on the original payment and does not return when it is reversed. The figures for your own subscription are shown on the billing page in your dashboard before you submit anything, and our refund policy sets out the detail. Cancelling is not in itself a refund: it stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have paid for running to its end date. Refunds are issued by us through Stripe, back to the payment method used, in 5–10 business days. Nothing here limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you have where you live; where those rights are stronger than this section, they apply.

Prices and plan limits may change. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal is charged at a new price so you can cancel first.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The software and this site are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software, including trading losses, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
